26 test positive for swine flu in Delhi
Swine flu cases in the city rose to 3,859 after 26 positive cases were reported today.

Swine flu cases in the city rose to 3,859 after 26 positive cases were reported today. "Of the total 26 positive cases of H1N1 influenza 19 alone were of children. With this, the total number of swine flu cases reported till date is 3,859 of which 2,075 were of children," Delhi health minister Kiran Walia said.

She also said the 22-year-old female patient who passed away yesterday in Safdarjung Hospital was positive for
swine flu virus. "She was admitted with severe pneumonia and respiratory failure," Walia said.
So far 18 people have died due to the pandemic in the city, she said.
Walia, however, said the situation is under control and the government is doing its best efforts in providing
treatment to H1N1 patients in government hospitals.
