2G case: Chandolia, Balwa's bail pleas deferred
A special CBI court today adjourned till Wednesday the bail pleas of 2G scam accused RK Chandolia, private secretary to former telecom minister A Raja, and Swan Telecom promoter Shahid Balwa.

A special CBI court here on Monday adjourned till Wednesday the bail pleas of 2G scam accused RK Chandolia, private secretary to former telecom minister A Raja, and Swan Telecom promoter Shahid Balwa.
The court deferred the hearing on the applications after defence counsel said they would present their arguments after the Delhi High Court decides on the bail pleas of DMK MP Kanimozhi and five others.
