51 people arrested in connection with various blasts
A total of 51 people, including 23 SIMI activists, were arrested for the serial bomb blasts in Jaipur, Ahmedabad, Surat and the national capital.

A total of 51 people, including 23 SIMI activists, were arrested for the serial bomb blasts in Jaipur, Ahmedabad, Surat and the national capital, the Lok Sabha was informed on wednesday.
In a written reply, Minister of State for Home Sriprakash Jaiswal said that "as per available information, 28 persons were arrested in connection with serial bomb blasts in Jaipur, Ahmedabad, Surat and Delhi from Mumbai, Pune, Mangalore, Uttar Pradesh and Delhi.
"This is in addition to 23 SIMI activists from Ahmedabad, Madhya Pradesh and UP for providing logistic support and footwork in connection with the above mentioned blasts," he added.
