8-year-old girl raped by uncle
On Wednesday, outer Delhi was rocked by the rape of an eight-year-old girl at the hands of her uncle. The incident occurred on Tuesday, when the parents of the girl had gone to attend a wedding, police said.

The accused allegedly raped his niece after threatening her with dire consequences, police said. He was later arrested.
The incident was reported from Aman Vihar. Rajesh Tiwari, 28, allegedly raped his niece when she was home alone. The police said Tiwari allegedly came to the house of the girl in an inebriated condition. “After talking for a while, he started molesting her. When the girl said she would tell her parents, he allegedly threatened her and told her that he would first kill her and then her parents if she said anything to anyone. He then raped her,” said a police officer.
The parents later lodged a complaint. The medical examination of the girl has confirmed rape.
