A drug peddler has been nabbed in east Delhi with pure heroin worth Rs.80 million in the international market, said police on Friday.

Delhi Police's Narcotics Cell sleuth arrested the man named Puttan, on April 9 from Geeta Colony on a tip-off and seized eight kilos of drugs from him.
"During interrogation, he revealed that he had smuggled the contraband from Uttar Pradesh for delivering it in the Capital," said Deputy Commissioner of Police A.S Cheema.
"He is already involved in five cases of robbery and murder. His links and customers in the city are under investigation," Cheema added.
On April 11, two foreign nationals - one from Afghanistan and the other from Nigeria - were arrested with two kilos of high-grade heroin valued at Rs.20 million.
