Additional Sessions Judge Santosh Snehi Mann directed that the mirror image of the CD be given to the counsel of all the 12 accused by December 24 with a direction that they would not further distribute it.

Delhi police had opposed the plea to give the CD, prepared allegedly from material taken from lap-top of Atif Ameen, saying it contained communally-sensitive material. The court of CMM, however, had rejected their contention.
