It also arrested three of their suspected operators.

The operators were allegedly involved in adulterating kerosene oil (mixed with bleaching powder) sold under the public distribution system scheme.

The CBI is investigating the suspecting “collusion of government officials with the owners and operators of fuel-adulteration rackets”, according to an agency investigator.

The raids were carried out on illegal storage facilities on Wednesday night located at Geeta colony in east Delhi, Nangloi (village Tikri Kalan) in west Delhi and Vishwakarma colony (Badarpur) in south Delhi.

Those arrested included Pravin Kumar, Babu Lal Gupta and Vinod Garg.

In another operation against spurious perfume manufacturers, the CBI raided a perfume factory located at Vishnu Garden in the city and arrested its owner.
