Police will start prosecuting from Tuesday owners of vehicles fitted with pressure horns, blamed for causing environment pollution.
“Blowing pressure horns cause nuisance. We have received many complaints from residents and hospitals,” said Satyendra Garg, joint commissioner of police (traffic).
