Hundreds of office-bound people had a tough time reaching their respective workplaces in central Delhi in the morning as traffic movement was not allowed on both carriageways of KG Marg connecting Outer Circle, Connaught Place, and Tolstoy Marg. Police said traffic remained diverted from 8.30am till 1.35pm.
