A student of Class IX at a private school here allegedly attacked his classmate with scissors in a school bus on Monday. The incident came to light on Wednesday morning.

"My son Sachin, a Class IX student in a school in Sector 21 B, was attacked with scissors by another student of the same school inside the school bus within the campus on Monday," Pradeep Gupta, a resident of Sector 37 told HT. "The accused classmate resides in Delhi and has been expelled from school."

"We have come to know that both the sides have reached to a compromise so we did not register case," Abdul Shahid, SHO NIT said.

Despite repeated attempts, the school authorities could not be reached for comments.
