Vinod Kumar, a resident of Shashtri Park, has lodged the FIR at the Seelampur Police Station.

On April 2, his son Sundar Kumar (6), who was playing near the Shashtri Park drain, fell inside it and died.
Vinod claimed in the FIR that his son has died due to the negligence of the MCD officials.

“It was due to the negligence the engineer and the junior engineer of the MCD who did not do their work properly,” Vinod said in the FIR.
