The socio-economic and caste census was launched on Wednesday in the capital, with the enumeration of chief minister Sheila Dikshit.

The socio-economic and caste census was launched on Wednesday in the capital, with the enumeration of chief minister Sheila Dikshit.
The census kicked off at Dikshit's residence. Her replies were recorded in a PC tablet.
The census is to be completed in Delhi by Feb 29.
