In its report, submitted to the apex court on Thursday, the CBI mentioned the file notings in which Johri expressed apprehensions about “following the mandate of Supreme Court” to complete the probe within a fixed time-limit.

CBI found overwriting in the hand-written note where Johri admits to be working under pressure of “high-ups.”
