Malhotra said the accusations that the BJP had made against the Congress government in Delhi were based on “credible information” that had emerged from various sources within the Delhi administration.

“Delhi government has been found guilty of serious fraud in giving provisional regularisation certificates to unauthorised colonies. The Lokayukta recommended the removal of a minister to the President. The Congress government has spent over R3,000 crore on programmes for cleaning, but the river is now dirtier than ever before,” Malhotra said.
