With a list of major problems that lead to daily jams in the city posted on the social networking site, 33 are to be dealt by Haryana Urban Development Authority (Huda), 11 by Municipal Corpo-ration of Gurgaon (MCG), 2 by National Highways Authority of India (NHAI), 2 by Public Works Department (PWD) and 1 by DS Constructions.

The issues raised were shared on the traffic department’s official website earlier. The move is considered to prove the fact that only police can’t be held responsible for the chaos.

“We have written several letters to these departments but problems continue. People think the police are solely responsible for these inconveniences. The residents will now know the reality,” said SS Deswal, Gurgaon police commissioner.
