A couple has been sentenced to four years in jail for unintentionally killing their 65-year-old neighbour, having a heart ailment, by assaulting him in a fight over a petty issue.

A couple has been sentenced to four years in jail for unintentionally killing their 65-year-old neighbour, having a heart ailment, by assaulting him in a fight over a petty issue.
Additional Sessions Judge (ASJ) Gurvinder Pal Singh jailed Jamia Nagar resident Mohd Umar and his wife Nikhat Parveen to jail, holding them guilty of committing culpable homicide not amounting to murder of their elderly neighbour Maulana Abdul Khaleel Mungeri.
