‘Depressed 17-yr-old commits suicide’
A 17-year-old boy allegedly committed suicide by jumping off the balcony of his house in Mayur Vihar in east Delhi on Wednesday, police said.

A 17-year-old boy allegedly committed suicide by jumping off the balcony of his house in Mayur Vihar in east Delhi on Wednesday, police said.
According to police, Abhishekh Venkat, a Class 11 student of a leading city school, was apparently depressed over his performance in the exams. No suicide note was found on him.
"His parents said he had been depressed for the last 15 days,” a senior police official said.
The official added, “Of the total five, he had just appeared for two of his papers.”
