Accredited press correspondents will be eligible for a 50 per cent discount on the basic fares of all classes of mail or express trains, while all other charges will to be collected in full.

Journalists will also be able to avail of 50 per cent discount on inclusive fares of all classes of Rajdhani, Shatabdi and Jan Shatabdi trains.

The same concession will be extended to accompanying spouses of accredited journalists once a year.
