"Telangana is a complex issue and the Centre has to hold consultations with all political parties. Telangana issue is also linked to other states and as such everyone should observe restraint," Azad told reporters during his visit to the city.

The health minister, who attended a meeting of Dalit Christians organised by Congress MP J D Seelam at the Jubilee Hall here, was reacting to the threat issued by Congress ministers, MPs, MLCs and MLAs from Telangana earlier in the day that they would quit en masse on July 4 for the cause of a separate state.
