Saket Education Society, which runs the school, has submitted a copy of the agreement it signed with the DPS Society for using the DPS logo and motto.

"The NOC will be restored now. There was delay in submitting the copy of the NOC to the Uttar Pradesh government, leading to confusion. But Saket Education Society has already submitted the copy of the agreement showing our rights to use the DPS logo and motto," principal of the school Meeta Rai told PTI here.

Earlier, There were reports that the NOC was "withdrawn" and the Uttar Pradesh government had asked for documents.
