The development comes after a judge today rejected her plea for release from there.
Justice Ajit Bharihoke granted 10 more days to the doctors at the Institute of Human Behaviours and Allied Sciences (IHBAS) to keep 48-year-old Nisha Bhatia under observation.
Nisha's parents, who had earlier tendered an apology before the court, had filed a petition seeking their daughter's release from IHBAS on the ground that they are old and no other family member is present to take care of her two young daughters at home.
