A revolver belonging to the first director of Central Bureau of Investigation has been gifted to the premier agency's museum by his family, an official statement issued in New Delhi said.
A revolver belonging to the first director of Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has been gifted to the premier agency's museum by his family, an official statement issued in New Delhi said on Monday.

"The revolver (Smith and Wesson, 0.38 bore) belonging to late DP Kohli, the first CBI director was gifted by his son-in-law for exhibiting in the National Police Museum, CBI Academy, Ghaziabad," a CBI statement said.
Kohli had gifted the revolver to his son-in-law RK Kapoor.
The museum in Ghaziabad opened in January 2003. It has more than 1,300 exhibits of which 500 are on display.
Among the exhibits are mementoes, historical FIRs, national and international flags and emblems of various police organisations.
