Four-year-old, another minor raped in city

The first incident was reported from west Delhi’s Khayala where a seven-year-old was sexually assaulted by her aunt’s 27-year-old neighbour who was later arrested.

“The victim was at her aunt’s house. The accused, Chunnu, waited for an opportunity to find the girl alone, which presented itself when her aunt left the house to go to the market,” said a senior police officer.

In the second incident, a four-year-old girl was raped by a 14-year-old juvenile in east Delhi’s Seemapuri. Here too, the accused happened to be the girl’s neighbour. The juvenile has been apprehended.
