Free birth certificates

On the occasion of Children’s Day, MCD commissioner KS Mehra launched a scheme whereby parents of babies born at the Kasturba Hospital in the Walled City will be issued a free copy of their birth certificates. Certificates will be issued to parents within 10 days of the birth of their child.
