You also have to be really creative. There are no basics you can learn to get by. You have to be able to think of new ideas that will challenge millions of gamers around the world. Be it a script, a character or a theme, it has to be fresher and better than the ones already in the market.

Logical thinking is another must-have. Just as you need creativity to design a game, you need logic to figure out exactly how it will work and to ensure there are no loopholes or flaws as it progresses through the various levels.
