Home Minister Shivraj Patil on Sunday condemned the serial blasts in Hyderabad.
Speaking to reporters before leaving for Hyderabad, Patil said the government sympathises with the victims.
He said more information on the blasts would be available by noon.
Patil is accompanied by a high level MHA team led by Special Secretary (Internal Security) M Kumawat.
At least 42 people, including five women and seven students, have been killed and 50 injured in two explosions at a crowded park and a popular eatery on Saturday evening.
