Human rights body condemns Bihar attack

The Asian Centre for Human Rights has condemned the killing of 11 civilians in Jamui in Bihar by alleged Maoists and said the perpetrators must be held accountable for the crime.

The Asian Centre for Human Rights has condemned the killing of 11 civilians in Jamui in Bihar by alleged Maoists and said the perpetrators must be held accountable for the crime.

“The wanton killing of civilians cannot be justified... and constitute acts of terrorism. These wanton killings also expose the real face of the Maoists,” director Suhas Chakma said.
