Judge moves Delhi HC

A Metropolitan Magistrate, who was terminated from service last month, on Friday approached the Delhi High Court challenging the Lieutenant Governor's (L-G) notification in this regard.

A Metropolitan Magistrate, who was terminated from service last month, on Friday approached the Delhi High Court challenging the Lieutenant Governor's (L-G) notification in this regard. Gautam Kant Nimaan submitted before a Division bench of Justice A. K. Sikri and Justice Manmohan Singh that his service could not be terminated as he had completed two years of probation period.
