A man has been jailed for five years by a Delhi court for trying to sodomise a three-year-old toddler.
“It is proved from the testimony of the victim that the accused attempted to commit carnal intercourse with victim against the order of nature,” Additional Sessions Judge Rajneesh Kumar Gupta said, holding West Delhi resident Aakash guilty of trying to commit sodomy.
