Minor rape: 40-yr-old held

A day after five rape cases were reported from various parts of the Capital, a 40-year-old man was arrested allegedly for raping his minor step daughter for over two years and three juveniles were apprehended for sexually assaulting a 16-year-old girl, on Tuesday.

In the first incident, which was reported from southeast Delhi's Badarpur, a 16-year-old school girl was allegedly gang-raped by three minor boys who took the victim all the way to Rishikesh.

The Delhi Police, which refused to divulge any information about the incident and sealed the FIR lodged in the case after classifying it as 'sensitive', were informed about it after officials of the GRP contacted the victim's parents.
