The electricity consumed by a five-star hotel can power 600 homes. Similarly, the water consumed is enough for 1,000 homes.

Now, rain water harvesting and biological waste water treatment will be made mandatory. “Letting water go down the drain because the plants are

not big enough must stop,” an official said. “Treated water must be reused for cleaning, watering and fire-fighting...”
