The enquiry panel set up by the Delhi Development Authority to probe the alleged irregularities in draw of lots for allotment of flats did not find any “aberration” in the process, the government told Parliament on Thursday.

“The committee concluded the whole process of scrutiny of application, randomisation as well as result of the draw does not suffer from any aberration,” Union Minister of State for Urban Development Ajay Maken told the Rajya Sabha.

Maken said the Delhi Police had registered a case and the report was awaited. He said the demand--cum-allotment letters had not been issued to the allotees since the probe report was still not ready.
