Around 20 police officers have been deputed to address woes of Metro commuters, especially women. “We lack manpower and infrastructure. We work in two shifts and at least two officers are deployed on all five Metro stations in Gurgaon in every shift,” said a police official.

The police station is still awaiting a landline telephone and does not have a single vehicle for the staff.
