"As general secretary of the Youth Congress, I just make some recommendations as far as younger boys are concerned, that's all. I am not unhappy with the ticket distribution," Gandhi told reporters.

Gandhi, who is AICC general secretary in-charge of Youth Congress and NSUI, evaded a reply on whether Alva had committed breach of discipline by making allegations of "sale" of party tickets in the Karnataka assembly elections.

His statement assumes significance as it has come in the backdrop of reports that Rahul was unhappy with ticket distribution.
