Days after the Delhi government launched a helpline for women in distress, here's a helpline for potential sexual offenders.

Sri Sri Ravi Shankar's Art of Living teachers and volunteers got together at Jantar Mantar on Saturday afternoon for the launch of the helpline, 011-30722222, which will be functional in the mornings (8 to 11 am) and evenings (4-7 pm).

Launching the helpline, Sri Sri Ravi Shankar said, "Inside every culprit there is a victim crying for help. If you heal the victim, you will eliminate crime. For crimes not to arise at all, you need to check the mental and emotional health. Let us sanitize and sensitize the minds of people".
