"We have taken up the issue with DJB but all our pleas have fallen on deaf ears. Whatever happened to the Citizen's Charter, which mandates time-bound redressal of complaints?" asked Vinod Bansal, spokesperson of the Sant Nagar Pey Jal Sangharsh Samiti.

Bansal warned moving the high court, if their problem was not addressed in a week.
