A Bench of Justice C K Thakkar nd V S Sirpurkar adjourned the matter after Additional Solicitor General Gopal Subramaniam said that an Argentine court would decide on India's request for extraditing Quattrocchi on March 23.

The Bench refused to dispose off the contempt petition filed by advocate Ajay Aggarwal against CBI Director Vijay Shanker and another officer on the matter.
