The Supreme Court has upheld the death sentence of a domestic help who had killed five members of a Ranchi official’s family seven years ago.
A bench headed by Justice M.K. Sharma upheld the Ranchi high court verdict and said Ajay Pal’s act fell in the rarest of the rare category warranting death penalty, rejecting advocate Himanshu Munshi’s plea.
