The train will be flagged off from Gandhinagar in Gujarat and also terminate there in April next year.
"It will start its journey from Gandhinagar, travel through 55 cities across the country and conclude its journey on April 24 in Gandhinagar itself," said sources in the Railways.
This would be third time that the Railways in association with the Department of Science and Technology is running such a train. The 'Science Express' project is one of the most ambitious project of the Department of Science and Technology.
The train has been run twice earlier and on both the occasions it received overwhelming response from the public, sources said. The exhibition coaches will also showcase some working models highlighting the development achieved in India in science and technology.
