Six persons were earlier reported dead in the mishap.
While six persons, including a 28-year-old engineer, were killed on July 12 when the bridge collapsed in Zamrudpur, the seventh person succumbed to his injuries died 12 days later, Urban Development Minister S Jaipal Reddy said during question hour.
"The DMRC has reported that six persons lost their lives and seven persons were seriously injured in the accident on July 12. Subsequently, one more person succumbed to injuries on July 24," he said.
Six persons sustained minor injuries in another accident the next day at the same site when cranes collapsed during debris clearance operations.
