"Incidences of performing stunts by motorcycle riders and indulging in serious traffic violations are illegal and reprehensible. Delhi Police will initiate criminal action against any person indulging in such nuisance and aggressive behaviour," the advisory said.

Karan Pandey was killed and another youth injured when police opened fire during an attempt to stop a large group of bikers from performing dangerous stunts on Sunday.

Meanwhile, as per NHRC guidelines, a medical board consisting three doctors conducted the post mortem on Karan's body at Maulana Azad Medical College in New Delhi on Monday.

The initial reports suggested that he died of excessive internal bleeding after a bullet pierced through his lever. Karan had received a bullet on the lower back portion of his body.

Taking probe forward in the case, in which an FIR has been lodged at Parliament Street police station naming Karan, his friend Puneet - who was riding the bike and was also injured in the incident - and other unidentified bikers, police have intensified the search for other stunt bikers who were present at the time of the incident.

"We are trying to find out the others who were present with Karan and Puneet at the time of the incident. Around 150 bikers were present on Ashoka Road when the incident took place.

"They have been booked for rioting, obstructing a public servant from performing his duty and causing damage to public property as they damaged a PCR van and injured our policemen and their arrest is important for us," said a police officer.
