Super bored with his new job, the President of India Pranab Mukherjee is reportedly waiting for Kasab’s mercy petition to arrive at his desk, so that he has some work to do.

“His highness has almost been jobless ever since he hosted parties for political leaders, where BJP leaders complained of being insulted,” a close aide of President Pranab revealed.

“He has not gone on any foreign tour yet like Pratibha Patil and no foreign dignitaries have visited India. So he’s been really bored,” the aide added.

Sources say the President was depressed watching the news, which earlier mentioned him for inflation, 2G scam papers, et al. but were almost silent on him now. “SC’s verdict on Kasab’s death penalty has given him a hope that he could be back in news and have some work,” a source said.
