Thief seeks to reform, court frees him

A bicycle thief, who pleaded guilty to his offence and sought a chance to reform himself, has been freed by a Delhi court with an admonition and a fine of Rs 3,500. The court also gave him 20 days to pay the fine as he did not have enough money. The accused submitted that he is the sole bread winner for the family and he wished to reform.
