Education: BCom(Hons) from Sri Ram College of Commerce. He has also done MCom and Diploma in Export Management.

Political Career: Jolly fought his first election in 1998 and lost and won in 2003. His main focus has been providing potable water, especially for those living in unauthorised colonies. He has also provided roads in Harijan basti and eight ambulances and supplied computers in govt schools.

Family: Jolly’s mother-in-law, who is also his mentor and business partner, father, wife Rashmi and younger son Rishi live together. “My wife is a fashion designer,” he said. He attributes his well-groomed appearance to his wife. Both husband and wife keep fit by visiting the gym regularly. Their elder son is in Australia.

Cars: Jolly’s fleet of cars include a Mercedes Benz E class, Mahindra Scorpio, Honda Civic, Hyundai Santro and a Maruti Van.
