Staff Selection Commission will begin SSC CGL Tier 2 Exam 2023 on October 25, 2023. The Combined Graduate Level Tier 2 examination will be conducted on October 25, 26 and 27, 2023 at various eam centres across the country.
Tier-II will include conducting of Paper-I, Paper-II and Paper-III in separate shifts/day. Paper-I is compulsory for all the posts. Paper-II will be for only those candidates who apply for the posts of Junior Statistical Officer (JSO) and Statistical Investigator Grade-II and who are shortlisted in Tier-I for these Posts. Paper-III will be for only those candidates who are shortlisted in Tier-I for Paper-III i.e. for the posts of Assistant Audit Officer/ Assistant Accounts Officer.
SSC CGL Tier 2 Exam 2023: Exam day guidelines
All those candidates who are appearing for Tier 2 examination can check the exam day guidelines given below.
- All the candidates who will appear for the examination will have to carry the original admit card with them.
- The other documents to be carried to the exam centres includes 2 passport size recent colour photographs, original valid photo ID proof having date of birth as printed on the admission certificate.
- If Photo Identity Card does not have the date of birth printed on it then the candidate must carry an additional original document (e.g. Matriculation Certificate, Marks Sheet issued only by CBSE/ ICSE/ State Boards; Birth Certificate, Category Certificate) in proof of their date of birth.
- Mobile phones, pagers etc are not allowed inside the exam hall. Candidates who are found with such objections will be deemed to be using unfair means and would be liable to disciplinary action as deemed fit, including ban from future examinations conducted by SSC. Their candidate will also be cancelled for the examination.
- Use black ink pen/black Ball-Point pen for filling up the Part-A of Side 1, Part-B of Side I and Side 2 of the answer sheet.
- The rough work can be done on test booklet or question paper. No other paper should be used to do the rough work. If any rough work is done on the answer sheet your answer sheet will not be assessed.
