The JEE Mains final answer key 2023 for Paper 1 (BE/BTech) was released by the NTA today, February 6, 2023. Therefore, it is expected that the result will be released soon.

NTA will begin the Session 2 registration process for JEE Main Exam 2023 tomorrow, February 6.

NTA on Feb 6 issued the final provisional answer key for Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main 2023 session 1 exam held in January-February.

Candidates should note that NTA has dropped a few questions from various shifts of the first session. Here's what happens next:

For Multiple Choice Questions, if none of the options is found correct or a question is found to be wrong or a question is dropped, full marks will be awarded to all candidates who have appeared irrespective of the fact whether the question has been attempted or not.

For numerical questions, if a question is found to be incorrect or the question is dropped then four marks (+4) will be awarded to only those candidates who have attempted the question.

Joint Entrance Examination, JEE (Main) comprises two papers. Paper 1 is conducted for admission to Undergraduate Engineering Programs (B.E/B.Tech.) at NITs, IIITs, other Centrally Funded Technical Institutions (CFTIs), and Institutions/Universities funded/recognized by participating State Governments. Paper 2 is conducted for admission to B. Arch and B. Planning courses in the country.

The duration of Paper 1 (B.E./B.Tech.), Paper 2A (B.Arch.), and Paper 2B (B.Planning.) will be three hours.
