The overall pass percentage in the SSLC exam last year was 54.04 and 75.38% students cleared the HSSLC exams.

This year, 51,312 students appeared for the SSLC exam and 23,784 candidates took the HSSLC (humanities) exam. There were 137 SSLC centres and 101 HSSLC exam venues in the state to accommodate the candidates.

According to officials, students appearing in both the exams have increased marginally from last year.
