Train with the Oberoi group
The Oberoi Group has opened applications to students for its Systematic Training and Education Programme (STEP). This three-year course combines practical on-the-job training with study towards a bachelor’s of tourism studies degree from Ignou. On completion of the programme, STEP trainees will be absorbed as full-time employees of the group. Alternately, as graduates, trainees are also eligible to apply for admission to the Oberoi centre of learning and development for a two-year PG programme leading to an executive posting with the group. Admission to STEP is open till April 8, 2012. The programme commences in June 2012. Candidates must complete Class 12 by July 2012 and have 50% aggregate with at least 55% marks in English
