Elections in Gujarat and the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) are just days away with political parties giving their all to ensure victory. In Gujarat, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will likely address rallies in Kutch, Jamnagar, Bhavnagar and Rajkot on Monday. On Sunday, the Congress hit out at Modi's visits to Gujarat with Rajasthan chief minister Ashok Gehlot saying the PM is campaigning in every street of the state as the BJP did not do any work. AAP's national convener and Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejriwal asserted on Sunday that his party will form the next government in Gujarat.

In Delhi, the BJP carried out door-to-door campaigns ahead of the MCD election on December 4. BJP national president JP Nadda said the ruling AAP deprived Delhi of development while the country is marching ahead. Meanwhile, AAP leader Raghav Chadha said that his party will win more than 230 out of 250 seats, adding, “People are glad that finally there is an opportunity to throw out this corrupt BJP from the municipal corporations.”
