At least 207 passengers and crew on board the British Airways Mumbai-London flight 138, escaped what could easily have been a catastrophe on Friday, October 2, 2009.
An hour and 10 minutes minutes after takeoff from Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport the plane made an emergency landing, with just enough fuel for five minutes. Among 207 passengers was star actor Saif Ali Khan.
According to the news reports published in a daily, Saif was upset and the moment the plane landed, he called up Kareena to assure her he was fine.
Saif is fine and has left for London.
